The Avalon University School of Medicine faculty and administration are very pleased to announce that Dr. Sirving Keli, Professor of Epidemiology and Biostatistics, has been appointed as the Associate Dean of Research. Dr. Keli is also the Inspector General of Public Health for the island of Curaçao.
The Associate Dean of Research provides leadership in developing, supporting, and achieving the AUSOM research goals and objectives. He advises the Dean on research policies and proposes a short-term and long-term research agenda for AUSOM for approval in conjunction with the Research and Ethics Committee.
