At Avalon University School of Medicine (AUSOM), we all benefit from the diversity found in our student body. While the best medical schools in the US promote diversity, you will find that Avalon University celebrates diversity on another level. Every year since the foundation of AUSOM, students and staff work together to create Avalon’s annual Cultural Show. This year marks the first year since the Covid-19 pandemic that Avalon has hosted this beloved event. Avalon students and faculty worked to create and perform exciting presentations that celebrate and provide insight into a variety of cultures represented by AUSOM students. Events included a Bollywood dance number, Henna art, a comedy show, and so much more.
